Senior Consultant
Role Overview
Leads the delivery of key elements or sub-projects of business transformation engagements. Usually works as part of a team but may carry out individual assignments. Can lead clients through the process from diagnosis and business case development, through defining and planning business transformation work, to ensuring that benefits are realised and measurable.
