Role Overview
The purpose of the role is to work with the business operation and the end-user community to ensure that it is ready and able to take on the changes in the way they operate that will be implemented by the business transformation programme or other large-scale change initiative. It is only through embedding change into the ‘business as usual’ that benefits can be realised.
