Transformation Approach™
Shaping the Future
Leadent uses its own proprietary framework, the Transformation Approach™, to undertake complex, high-risk business change. It brings ground rules and structure to the project, in support of a diverse mix of people with a broad range of skills and experiences, from business experts and thought leaders to project management novices.
Our approach is adaptable – it can be tailored to fit your culture and blend with your style of operation; it will work alongside your in-house method, if you have a preference, providing complementary techniques and checkpoints.
The approach consists of three closely-integrated components: the Design Workbook, Change Management and Programme Management, covering all aspects necessary for successful implementation of business change.

Programme Management provides the leadership and drive to make it happen and the control mechanisms necessary to assure quality. The Programme Management techniques cover all the aspects required to reduce risk on your programme through:
- Informed Planning - to ensure that projects consider all relevant angles and risks
- Pragmatic Control –tracking progress, visibly tackling issues and risks
- Timely Reporting - to support fact-based decision making
Our Change Management philosophy prepares the business for the successful take-on of the solution – for changes to both ‘ways of working’ and to the technology that enables this. It provides ongoing engagement with key stakeholders, actively using their influence to reduce resistance to change. Change management is all about making people comfortable with how they will be operating in the future – by communicating with people early on in the process and equipping them with the skills they will need to thrive in the new world.
The Design Workbook sets up the environment to create world-class solutions. It provides the tried and tested techniques and tools necessary to ensure consistency of approach and quality of outputs. It is the ‘living’ side of the framework and provides a central cache of information on the business and system designs as they are developed and provides an encyclopaedia of the future business norm.
